Stop Self-Sabotage Behaviour
We all are the same. We all want to be successful in life, have an excellent shape, be a good father, a good husband, have good educated kids, have a great relationship with others. However, we are also our worst enemy. We make a to-do list, diet plan or exercise plan, but we make sure that this plan will fail.
Self sabotaging is when you work directly against your goals and dreams. As human being, we have the power of choice. You can choose to eat a junk food or a healthy meal, read a book or watch useless videos on TV or Youtube, night walk with you wife or call it a day.
Sadly, we make most of the time the wrong choice. Why? Because Things that are easy to do, are also easy not to do.
To stop this destructive behavior and become in harmony within self you have to know the main reasons.

The Fear Of Success
You fear that when you gain success, you would need to live at a higher standard than before. You have then to work harder to maintain this standard.
Hidden Fealing and beliefs that you don’t deserve success, will always challenge your motivation to achieve anything in Life.
I think our mind, and body are programmed to win the game of life, so we have to become winners.
All begin with your thoughts. You have to change them by doing some positive affirmations, like “I can do that”, “I deserve to be happy”. Please choose not to be one of the people, that settle for mediocrity and give up on themselves. So decide today, right now which area in your life you want to improve and start the journey. Make your thoughts work with you not against you.
The Fear of Failure
It’s natural to avoid pain and failure, but some people just invite problems to their lives when they choose not to try hard enough. They have the potential and the skills to success, but since they believe that failure will be the result, they don’t do anything. Another reason why people are afraid of failure is that they don’t won’t to be ridiculed by the crowd and are addicted to the people opinions. Trust me guys nobody, nobody will take care of you unless you do that for yourself. There will be always people that criticize you, just forget about them and keep yourself busy improving your life.
Sometimes we assume that what happened in the past would most probably happen again, even if this may not be the case. Let the past be a teacher and learn from it to avoid future mistakes.
To overcome this fear you have to get to know yourself a little more. Perhaps certain emotional needs are not being met yet. You have to do a deep search and write down what you feel, a therapy may also help. If you begin to change consciously your choices to work for you and not against you, you will be able to enjoy success, while knowing that you can manage any failures that can happen in the future.
The Fear of Change
Everything changes in life, why are you afraid? Everything changes, from your body to every aspect in life. It can never go back to the way it once was, and you need to accept that as fact. Just hoping things stay the same…it doesn’t work.
The future is unknown and uncontrollable. The one thing you do have control over is YOU. Learn what NOT to do, and you will be a way ahead in your success journey.
Who do you spend the most time with? Who are your role models? It’s really true that the people whom we spend our time with determine what discussions dominate our thoughts.
We start to behave like they behave. That’s why you have to choose wisely your friends, because they will have a big influence on you. Choose only quality people, people that you will learn from them. That mean also removing toxic people from your life. As my mentor Jim Rohn said:
“Some people you can afford to spend a few minutes with, but not a few hours.”
Lack of Self-Love

Procrastination is self-sabotaging also because despite your awareness to the need to excel, you don’t do anything to change your ways.
All you are doing is filling your time in a way that you will avoid being found out, but it is reinforcing the belief that you are no good. So please stop sabotaging yourself!
